Exploring the
mountain within
Since 2020 we have been kicked out of our comfort zone in the western hemisphere. In many parts of the world there has never been such a cozy zone.
The war in the middle of Europe marked a next seizure in history. And it is probably just another step to get ready for worse transformational crisis to come.
Respecting human rights and planetary boundaries in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals has become even more difficult in the light of our actual situation.
No matter where we live and try to make a difference in the upcoming chaos as change agents and practitioners for transformation, there is only one way to have an impact: Being the change, embodying it, walking our talk while we keep on climbing.
CROSSING BOUNDARIES & BUILDING BRIDGES

Being resilient & helpful for others. As individuals, teams, organizations. societies, nations.
During this SUMMIT FOR CHANGE (Berlin Change Days Festival and COWorkation) we want to be exploring the mountain within. Together.
All of us have experiences to share on this path we are on as humanity. All of us are using different frameworks and tools to do our inner and outer work, making sense of the world.
A new framework of transformative skills for sustainable development is provided by the Inner Development Goals (IDG) movement. The IDG are a global initiative to develop inner abilities, skills and qualities for people & organizations contributing to a more sustainable global society.
During the Festival we will explore this framework to find out if it might be helpful in our work.
The IDG framework consists of 5 categories:
Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, Acting
