Rutger Bartelsman

Rutger Bartelsman is a facilitator of personal and group development in organizations. His approach is founded in the recurring questions of 'help us connect on what we need to do', 'what could we do to make lasting impact' and 'how can we venture into connection with our essence -the source of life'. Rutger is trained as a voice liberator, social scientist, personal leadership and embodiment coach and facilitator for complex (societal) challenges.  From his experience with various martial arts, collective singing in both western choirs and amazonian indigenous contexts, he brings in a unique approach to everyday questions -especially interesting for facilitators and coaches dealing with societal dynamics like polarisation, transition-fatigue or disengagement with agency on our collective futures.
