Martin is a researcher and practitioner deeply engaged in the dynamics of change, transition, and the human experience of moving toward the unknown. His work explores how individuals and groups navigate significant shifts within themselves, their communities, or broader systems. He investigates the often-unseen forces shaping organizational and societal transformation through a systems psychodynamic lens and a post-positivistic worldview of science.  His curiosity about how we navigate and lead through complexity has guided him to his current doctoral research at Ashridge, England. Grounded in experience yet focused on inquiry, Martin’s practice integrates action, reflection, and a profound interest in how we derive meaning during times of bewilderment.
