SUMMARY:Dorchess de Koning - Body shapes future
DESCRIPTION:How can we use the wisdom of our body to make decisions that are grounded\, sensitive and regenerative? Because we ARE nature! \nDorchess de Koning will work with embodiment exercises and sociodramatic action methods to explore the shared theme in that moment (what is alive & emergent in that space with the people present) and to practise sensing body-signals to direct conscious and grounded decision-making and problem-solving/solution ideation. \nThis is relevant because many of us use our body as a taxi for the brain and need to re-learn to be present in this body on this earth as it is now. Participants experience hands-on (bodily) presencing and utilisation of group dynamics and creativity through playful prompting and rapid protoyping.  \nIt contributes to the theme of the conference as it brings together neuroscience\, conscious living\, performative and creational arts\, embodied practices\, community and group dynamics and future-scaping thus empowering & supporting personal and professional leadership and development of participants.
