The stories, narratives, and the tacit knowing that can help us move forward through change are deeply engrained in our bodies, and sometimes it takes a very sensory spark to awaken them. This is an invitation to explore them with an approach that sits at the intersection of embodied work, storytelling, and neuroscience.
In Edita‘s workshop, the participants are invited to work in two rounds, using a set of herbs and spices. The first round is dedicated to awakening the stories that emerge from a familiar (or unfamiliar) smell, while the second round is dedicated to creation: focusing on a concept or inquiry question, experimenting with creating a spice blend to represent it, and reflecting on the experience.
This experience helps uncover new avenues and angles into participants’ inquiries.
