In a world facing ecological, emotional, and systemic fragmentation, reconnecting with nature’s wisdom offers a powerful metaphor for self-awareness and regenerative leadership. Trees teach us resilience, interdependence, adaptability and creativity at a level we can hardly imagine—qualities essential to change agents navigating complex environments. This workshop uses ancient symbolism to access inner clarity and reconnect to purpose. In this workshop participants will also explore their creativity, based on the symbolism of the tree. The aim is to create new visions and perspectives.
Participants will enter a ritual-like space inspired by the mythic Yggdrasil and the Andean “Three Doors” (Body, Heart, Vision) as well as the Jung’s Shadow theory. They will embody their own tree through movement, reflect on personal growth, and explore their current identity as managers or changemakers. Deep listening, symbolic prompts, and peer sharing create a safe, soulful atmosphere.
Both workshop facilitators come from the Andean highlands in Colombia and have worked often with indigenous communities. They will share indigenous teachings in each part of the workshop, based on the symbolism of the tree and other elements of nature.
